Mission Name: Overseeing Improvements Part 1
Mission Description: The 12th Division recently came up with a new security system for the Rukongai. Help them implement it and make sure the implementation of this system goes smoothly. When there is danger in a particular district, this system instantly sends a message to the Gotei 13 division assigned to protect it. The system is essentially warning sensors that can sense Hollow reiatsu in addition to a communication hub for sending out the message.
Mission Location: District 51 of North Rukongai
Mission Difficulty: Lieutenant level
Mission Intelligence Report: The 12th Division recently finished testing a new security system made to make the Rukongai safer. The technology is effective but certainly not unbreakable. Initial reports indicate no Hollows in the area, but since District 51 can be dangerous, caution is advised. Three to four Shinigami, including the 1st's Lieutenant, should be enough to handle this mission.
Mission Name: Eliminating the Enemy
Mission Description: The 1st Division discovered a Hollow nest few days ago during a patrol of the Rukongai. Your task is simple: destroy it and wipe out all of the Hollow that you encounter.
Mission Location: District 40 of South Rukongai
Mission Difficulty: Seated Shinigami level
Mission Intelligence Report: We recently found a Hollow nest. Initial reports show that the number of Hollow in the nest is somewhere between 15-20. The Hollow appear to be fairly strong and we advise caution for the Shinigami that accept this mission. A total of three to four seated Shinigami, including the 3rd Seat of the 1st Division, should be able to handle this mission without severe risk.

Mission Description: The Captain-Commander recently received a sealed letter from someone. Do not open it under any circumstances. Deliver to him in his office.
Mission Location: 1st Division Barracks
Mission Difficulty: Unseated Shinigami level
Mission Intelligence Report: Nothing much to say here. All you have to do is deliver the letter to the Captain-Commander. Remember, do not open it. This mission should only take a single 1st Division member.
